Community Server Theme

Community Server is a social networking web application that provides features such as forums, blogs, photo galleries and file downloads. Community Server Express Edition is free for use by University web sites. The Missouri State theme for Community Server allows official web sites to maintain compliance with Missouri State's web policy while using community server.

Installing the Missouri State Community Server Theme

The Missouri State theme is designed for Community Server 2007. After installing Community Server, you should install the Missouri State theme. This theme is highly recommended for all official University web sites using Community Server. You will be able to customize the logo and other theme options once the theme is installed.

1. Download Missouri State Community Server Theme
2. Unzip (extract) the files into your Themes folder inside the Community Server folder
3. Log in to Community Server as an administrator, in the Control Panel, Administration, Settings, Theme Options, select Missouri State as your Default Theme. In the same page, set the Enable User Theme Selection option to No. Click the Save button.
4. In the Control Panel, Administration, Settings, Theme Configuration, Footer tab, enter the correct Maintained By Name and Maintained By Email values and click the Save button.
